Dental Insurance Options
Our office in Oklahoma City is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits.
Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of
insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid as per the contract agreement.
We are a Delta Dental Premier Provider. We work with most all Insurance companies and will do our best to file your claim for you. You will be responsible for any balance not taken care of by your insurance policy. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to
answer them. If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies
have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to
determine the appropriate course of action.
Once treatment has begun, we will file your insurance claims on your behalf. To assist us with this process, please complete the insurance questions on your New Patient Registration Forms, which will be sent to you electronically when you schedule your appointment. With our modern technology, you can securely upload a picture of your insurance card, allowing us to verify your benefits before your arrival and minimize your out-of-pocket expenses. Urban Smiles Dentistry in Oklahoma City, OK, accepts most insurance plans. Please remember to bring your insurance card and information to your consultation appointment.

Medical Insurance Options
At Urban Smiles Dentistry, we go beyond the standard practices of most dental offices by filing Medical Insurance Billing as a courtesy to our patients. This can cover certain procedures performed in our office, such as oral appliance therapy, emergency care, diagnostic services, and certain portions of dental procedures not included under dental insurance.
Payment is due at the time of service, but we will submit the claim on your behalf, allowing the insurance company to reimburse you for some of your out-of-pocket expenses. This can help alleviate costs not covered by dental benefits or expenses that exceed your dental insurance coverage.
If you have any questions or need more details, please call us. We are here to help you navigate the intricacies of insurance.
